Manual Neutralization Techniques course provides EOD and Bomb Technicians the critical entry skills required to safely manually access and prosecute “Category A” IED’s. Upon completion, Graduates will have the knowledge and skills to assess the use of manual techniques, interpret radiography, device stabilization and execute render safe procedures.
