Curtis Sprague, President, TE Aviation
Curtis came to TE Aviation after a successful twenty-year career in law enforcement. In addition to working patrol, he was a member of the Tactical Unit of the Broken Arrow Police department’s Special Operations Team for eight years. He finished the last ten years of his law enforcement career with the Federal Air Marshal Service where he worked as an active Federal Air Marshal, flying missions both domestically and internationally. He was also a Federal Air Marshal Instructor and trained other Air Marshals on the subjects of Advanced Firearms, Aircraft Tactics and Defensive Measures. Curtis began building and flying radio controlled helicopters as a hobby several years ago and quickly recognized the possible benefits of small, unmanned aerial vehicles to the law enforcement and military communities.
