Tactical Electronics has been a quality provider of products and services to DOD and the Federal Government for over 12 years. We have developed program management processes that address the DoD’s goals of cost and schedule management; program risk management; responsiveness to change; using the latest technologies to best advantage; and most importantly, partnering to ensure long-term successes. These processes are based on our resolve and commitment to the warfighter. Over the past decade, we have used these processes to support the DoD and the Federal government across a number of programs and projects. These contracts have direct, distinct relevancy to the SeaPort-e contract and reflect our core competencies in engineering, training, and program management capabilities. This objective is achieved through teamwork, effective communications and a strong commitment to bringing added-value in every aspect of our relationship to our client and their underlying constituency. Quality assurance is deeply rooted in our daily culture. Quality Objectives
Quality Approach Tactical Electronics has established procedures for Quality Assurance for all task orders. These procedures will be tailored, as required, to support each task order. At a minimum, we will incorporate a QA surveillance program throughout each contract’s life and conduct independent audits/surveys at least semi-annually for all task orders.
