- Advanced Threat Assessment (US/UK Concepts) +Tactical Electronics’ Advanced Threat Assessment Training is designed to provide Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Operators the knowledge and skills to quickly, accurately and effectively gather all relevant information to formulate an EOD Threat Assessment, and develop a positive response solution to the IED incident while maintaining the greatest margin of safety. Attendees will participate in classroom lecture, and practical labs designed to enhance understanding how to formulate an EOD Threat Assessment.
- Bomb Squad / First Responder Capability Assessment Service +Tactical Electronics’ Bomb Squad/First Responder Capability Assessment Services are intended to assist Law Enforcement Agencies assess their capabilities, operational readiness, and identify potential capability limitations or gaps.
- Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR) Training Services +Tactical Electronics’ CTR Training provides familiarization and training on the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) of close target reconnaissance. CTR training focuses on the development/refinement of TTPs to identify, assess, select, and exploit structural vulnerabilities of residential and commercial structures, and of the materials used in their construction.
- Covert Methods of Entry (CMOE) Training Services +Tactical Electronics’ CMOE Training provides attendees with the basic skills required to effectively plan for, and conduct, covert entry operations. - Homemade Explosives / Chemical Precursors Course +Tactical Electronics’ HME & Chemical Precursors Training provides a thorough understanding of the varying types of HME and their associated precursors. - IED and Explosives Awareness Training +Tactical Electronics’ IED/Explosives Awareness Training is designed to provide the knowledge and skills for First Responders to not only identify potential explosive threats, but also to identify the key components critical for determining response procedures.
- Intelligence Training Services +Tactical Electronics’ Intelligence Training was previously offered to only two long standing clients. Our custom-designed training provides a platform to learn, improve, challenge, or experiment with proven Intelligence TTPs successfully employed by some of the field’s true subject-matter experts during the planning and execution of successful covert intelligence operations.
- Manual Neutralization Techniques +Tactical Electronics’ Manual Neutralization Techniques Training provides EOD Operators the critical entry skills to conduct manual render safe procedures on a device that cannot be remotely resolved. Attendees will familiarize with UK based IED Threat Assessment, radiography, hostage handling, and the manual access tools and techniques required to safely access and prosecute “Category A” IEDs.
- Remote IED Render Safe Training +Tactical Electronics’ Remote IED Render Safe Training is designed in collaboration with the agency’s Bomb Squad Commander and/or Training Coordinator. The focal point of this training comprises a combination of practical lessons and situational training exercises (STXs) for team engagement.
- SWAT / EOD Integration Training +Tactical Electronics’ SWAT/EOD Integration Training bridges the gap between Tactical and EOD Operators through interoperability skills training. The focal point of this training encompasses the integration of SWAT and EOD to effectively respond to IEDs in tactical environments. Attendees will participate in classroom study, practical exercises, and situational training exercises (STXs) intended to reinforce operational principles, enhance specialized skill sets, and operational planning for tactical operations in an environment with IED Threats.
- Tactical Bomb Technician Training +Tactical Electronics’ Tactical Bomb Technician Training focuses solely on the Tactical Bomb Technician. Our training prepares Tactical Bomb Technicians to operate in high risk environments and improves their abilities to assess, then respond to IEDs that threaten tactical success.
- Tactical Marksmanship Training Services +Tactical Electronics’ Tactical Marksmanship Training Programs are designed to provide a solid foundation in marksmanship fundamentals, and an understanding of how to effectively balance speed, accuracy and proper weapon manipulation.
- Vehicle Access/Alarm Defeat +Tactical Electronics’ Vehicle Access and Alarm Defeat Training Course highlights the threats and risks associated with the prosecution of suspected VBIEDs, render safe procedures unique to VBIEDs, and addressing vehicle security systems. Students will participate in classroom study and practical exercises providing them an opportunity to install vehicle alarm systems and prosecute VBIEDs.
- X-Ray Toolkit (XTK) Operator +Tactical Electronics’ XTK™ Operators Training is designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for an EOD Operator to effectively utilize the XTK™ software to acquire, process, and analyze X-Rays during an IED incident. Tactical Electronics is licensed by Sandia National Laboratories to provide X-Ray Toolkit (XTK™) training.
