Our goal is to offer operators our Camera Systems and Monitors with minimal impact to their budget. ACCESS removes the burden of a large upfront expense by dividing the cost into a manageable payment schedule and preserves funding for additional resources.

Our focus is to promote operational readiness by facilitating a program that addresses budget hurdles and provides upfront acquisition of our cameras and monitors. ACCESS enables operators to procure and receive their equipment for full operational use in the field.

What TE products are eligible to be purchased through ACCESS?

How does the payment process work? (What payment methods are accepted?)
Credit Card or ACH
What are the eligibility criteria for participating in ACCESS? (such as minimum purchase amounts, credit checks, or other qualifications.)
Any State, Local, or Federal agency is eligible for ACCESS. There is no minimum purchase amount.
Is there a finance fee for ACCESS?
There is an 18% APR. Insufficient funds and/or late payment charges may apply.
Is there a minimum or maximum duration for the payment plan?
24 months/monthly payments
Is there a penalty for early repayment or prepayment?
No. Early payment is not penalized and no finance charges on the remaining balance.
What happens if the equipment requires repairs or maintenance during the payment period?
Warranty will be extended to 24 months for ACCESS products. Standard warranty process applies.
