CORE Cameras
Tactical Electronics CORE product line improves the way you perform tactical inspections by delivering the most advanced cameras, thermal fusion technology, and unsurpassed modularity. CORE features Wireless, High Definition, Digitally Encrypted Cameras and Monitors.
The CORE system is completely modular and allows you to attach 4 different camera necks to a CORE Grip or Pole Grip. Video from all CORE cameras is streamed wirelessly (5 GHz) to any CORE monitor over an AES encrypted channel.
The CORE Grip System
The CORE line includes 2 Grips that act as base units for the CORE camera attachments. Easily swap camera heads from either grip to best suit your mission.
The CORE Grip accepts all CORE Cameras: Under Door Camera, Flex Camera, Pole Camera, and Articulating Scope.
The POLE Grip is available in 10ft and 17ft options. The CORE Pole Camera, CORE Under Door Camera, and CORE Flex Camera can be attached to the end of either telescoping pole.
HD CORE Monitor
The CORE Monitor presents high-definition video from all CORE cameras over an AES encrypted 5 GHz wireless channel. The display screen is 5.0 inches and made of 1mm Gorilla Glass to provide extra durability and sunlight readable capability. Seamlessly switch between multiple cameras from the monitor. The CORE Monitor features both backlit pushbuttons for critical, real-time controls, and a capacitive touch screen for pairing multiple CORE Cameras.
Thermal Fusion Technology
The CORE Pole Camera and CORE Flex Camera feature Tactical Electronics’ Thermal Fusion technology. Thermal Fusion technology is made possible by two video sensors: a High-Definition 1280x720p monochrome CMOS sensor with excellent low-light sensitivity, and a Longwave infrared (LWIR) thermal imager. Video from the High-Definition camera is used to produce a blended image of both sensors, delivering physical detail that surpasses what is available from a lone thermal imager. Objects and persons are clearly defined with color and outlines when the Thermal Fusion technology is used.
